Important information for Presenters

  • Instruction for Oral presentations
    •     Each speaker in a session will be allocated 15 minutes for presentation including Q&A. It is recommended to have 10 minutes     for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. The session chairman will interrupt the presentation if you run over.
    •     The presentation should be in English
    •     Prepare your presentation slides with Microsoft Powerpoint
    •     Bring your presentation file by USB Flash Memory and load your presentation onto the laptop computer in the session room during the break prior the session
  • Instruction for Poster presentations
    •     Poster size requested is A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm)
    •     Stick up your poster in the suitable poster board number
    •     You are requested to mount and dismantle posters at the following designated times
      •     Mounting : from 29th November 2019
      •     Dismantling : after 12:00, 1st December 2019
    •     Questions/Discussion can be made at poster viewing session
  • Lighting talk/Best poster Contest

    • During the lighting talk, speakers will highlight their main findings. An evaluation committee will evaluate speakers to select the best poster of the TJASSST.

  • Instruction for poster presenter
    •     Prepare a presentation with about 2 slides considering objectives, methodology and results of your work
    •     The poster presentation are allocated a total of 3 minutes (2 min Oral presentation / 1 min Q&A)
    •     Strictly keep presentation time shorter than 2 minutes. The chair will interrupt the presentation if you run over
    •     Bring your presentation file by USB Flash Memory and load your presentation (2 Slides) onto the laptop computer at least 15 minutes before the poster contest session starts
